The French Stephen King short movie "Suppr." was adapted from King's short story "The Word Processor of the Gods" which first appeared in January 1983 issue of Playboy. This was the only short story King sold to Playboy.

The French film "Suppr." was made by Nicolas Heurtel, Charles E. Lacroix, Nicolas Geffroy, Julien Munoz and David Marques in 2005 at the University of "Marne la Vallée" (in the institute "Charles Cros"), with music by Agnès Vincent, and also used was some music of a small group of rock of "Seine et Marne": "Grub".
