26 years old Damien Maric from France has created WIP STUDIO with a friend for the purpose of developing some television projects, cinema and publishing. He finished directing the Dollar Baby "La Femme dans la chamber" in March 2005. The film cost 10.000 euros and the shooting's duration was 5 days. There were many problems in the shooting and in post-production, as if I was cursed. Filming in a hospital with such a tiny budget proved to be really hard. Damien Maric would also love to do "The Girl Who Love Tom Gordon" for the cinema and make a TV series out of "Night Shift".

Stephen King's short story: A woman is dying of cancer, and her son can't see her suffer, so he decides to help however he can. His mother has some pills at home, and if she takes too many, her frail body will not be able to take it, and she will die. He helps his mother take these pills, knowing he will never see her alive again.
