| Curt Garrish finally snaps and goes on a killing spree. He takes his .352 Magnum rifle out of storage and up to his dorm room. He begins randomly shooting at students and their parents. At least four people are brutally murdered.
Jeven Dovey: "I have received the rights to shoot Stephen King’s Cain Rose Up. This is the first time that anyone was given the rights to shoot this story.
I have shot many short films that have won various awards. I am attempting to create a film that stays as true to King’s story as possible, while putting my own spin on the story. Many King fans will be able to see this famous story on the screen and recognize King’s vision mixed with my own view on how this story should be rendered.
The script has been completed as of April 8th, 2008 and I am now ready to shoot, as soon as I raise enough money for production.
